This U.S. Ceramic Tile Avila 18 in. x 18 in. Beige Porcelain Floor and Wall Tile features warm tones with slight variation in shading for a subtle visual effect enhanced by the semi-gloss glaze finish to add style to any space. For counters, heavy-duty floors or wall designs, this tile can accommodate a variety of interior or exterior applications in both residential and commercial settings in areas like kitchens, entryways, sales rooms or other pedestrian areas with some dirt conditions. The glaze surface also has a skid resistance that meets ADA Guidelines for added safety.

• Grade 1, porcelain tile for floor, wall and countertop use
• 18 in. long x 18 in. wide x 5/16 in. thick
• Glazed smooth finish with a medium sheen and a slight variation in tone
• P.E.I. Rating IV has high resistance to abrasion and is suitable for heavy-duty residential and commercial floor installations, such as entrances, commercial kitchens, hotels and exhibition and sales rooms with some dirt conditions
• Impervious tile has water absorption of less than 0.5% for indoor or outdoor use and is frost proof
• Slip-resistance/Coefficient of Friction rating of .65 wet is skid resistant for indoor and outdoor use and is required for commercial applications to meet or exceed ADA Guidelines
• Frost resistant for indoor or outdoor applications; use a latex-modified thinset for acceptable bond strength
